We have teamed up with Upper Deck Fitness to bring our athletes the highest level of performance preparation all under one roof. As part of our club program, Open and Club Team athletes will have scheduled fitness sessions twice a week throughout the season as well as three in-person Performance Profile testing dates to track individual progress. Athletes can now also take advantage of UDF's Virtual Workout platform, with their #eyesonyou coaching and two-way video streaming, so you can work out conveniently from home and get feedback from your UDF coach.
As an added bonus, all Northeast Volleyball Club athletes receive the benefit of discounted rates for private small group training and fitness classes at UDF’s full-service facilities located in Stamford.
