We have teamed up with Upper Deck Fitness to bring our athletes the highest level of performance preparation all under one roof. As part of our club program, National Team athletes will have scheduled fitness sessions twice a week at our facility throughout the season as well as two Performance Profile screening dates to track individual progress. All Northeast athletes are invited to join the testing dates and will receive early registration discounts.
As an added bonus, all Northeast Volleyball Club athletes receive the benefit of discounted rates for private small group training and fitness classes at UDF’s two full-service facilities located in Stamford and Westport.
