PAYMENTS

Payments & Registration

 

We handle most payments through our registration site, which is powered by LeagueApps. When you register for a Northeast Volleyball Club program online, you will be prompted to create an account, which will allow you to register and pay for all NEVBC programs. We accept all major credit cards on our online registration system, and we also accept checks (payable to Northeast Volleyball Club) and cash as offline payments. Financial Aid

Formed in 2020 during the pandemic, Nectar Volley Fund is a 501c3 charitable organization affiliated with Northeast Volleyball Club that seeks to address the socioeconomic barriers to participation in club volleyball. Playing competitive volleyball can provide youth athletes with life-changing opportunities and relationships, and Nectar Volley Fund will provide more athletes with opportunities to train and compete. 

Financial aid is currently available through the Nectar Volley Fund for '21-'22 club tuition, classes, and programs at Northeast Volleyball Club in Wilton, CT.

Payment Plans

Club payments can be paid in full by the first deadline or in payment plan installments.

Missed Payment Policy

We have a one-week grace period for missed payments. If payment has not been made one week after the above deadlines, the athlete will not be permitted to practice until payment has been made. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact us (cat@northeastvbc.com) and we will provide an extension as needed.  

  

Refund Policy 

 

U12 and Regional Teams
  • Drop before Feb 1, 50% of all tuition is owed. Anything paid above that will be refunded.

  • Drop between Feb 1 and Mar 1, 75% of all tuition is owed. Anything paid above that will be refunded.

  • Drop after Mar 1, no refunds will be given.

 
Club & Open Teams

Our Club and Open Teams have a considerable fixed budget once the roster spots are accepted.  We've designed our refund policy to be fair to both the family and the club. If an athlete drops the program for non-medical reasons after accepting a team spot, there will be no refunds and the full season balance will be due unless the directors agree on an alternate arrangement. If an athlete drops due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, the following will apply:

  • Drop before Feb 15 due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, 50% of the club tuition and travel fee is owed.

  • Drop between Feb 15 and Mar 15 due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, 75% of the club tuition and travel fee is owed.

  • Drop after Mar 15, no refunds will be given.

 
Summer Clinics & Camps

If you cancel within a week or earlier, a full refund will be given. If you cancel within 3 days of the first class, you will be charged for your class.
