Payments & Registration
We handle most payments through our registration site, which is powered by LeagueApps. When you register for a Northeast Volleyball Club program online, you will be prompted to create an account, which will allow you to register and pay for all NEVBC programs. We accept all major credit cards on our online registration system, and we also accept checks (payable to Northeast Volleyball Club) and cash as offline payments. For any billing questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Club payments can be paid in full by the first deadline or in payment plan installments.

COVID-19 Season Cancellation Policy
Knowing that another COVID-19 outbreak is a possibility, we created a formal policy to protect your investment in club volleyball. If the season is fully canceled due to another shutdown, we would implement the following policy to determine non-refundable tuition and refund amounts. If the season continues with restrictions that do not affect our ability to train, this will not apply.
Missed Payment Policy
We have a one-week grace period for missed payments. If payment has not been made one week after the above deadlines, the athlete will not be permitted to practice until payment has been made.
U12 and Regional Teams
Drop before February 1st, 50% of all tuition is owed. Anything paid above that will be refunded.
Drop between February 1st and March 1st, 75% of all tuition is owed. Anything paid above that will be refunded.
Drop after March 1st, no refunds will be given.
Club & Open Teams

Our Club and Open Teams have a considerable fixed budget once the roster spots are accepted. We've designed our refund policy to be fair to both the family and the club. If an athlete drops the program for non-medical reasons after accepting a team spot, there will be no refunds and the full season balance will be due. If an athlete drops due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, the following will apply:
Drop before 2/1/19 due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, 50% of the club tuition and travel fee is owed.
Drop between 2/1/19 and 3/1/19 due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, 75% of the club tuition and travel fee is owed.
Drop after 3/1/19, no refunds will be given.
Clinics & Camps
If you cancel within a week or earlier, a full refund will be given. If you cancel 3 days before or later, we will provide a site credit for a future NEVBC program.
