Girls Club Tryouts are November 4-21, 2022 (U12-U15 first, followed by U16-U18). Please read the information below before registering for tryouts to make sure you register for the appropriate program.

Regional U14-U18 Teams
Our Regional team program allows a lot of flexibility for multi-sport athletes and provides more opportunities to play club volleyball at NEVBC. With reduced costs, fewer practices per week, and local competitions/in-house tournaments, our Regional team program is the perfect opportunity for multi-sport athletes, athletes who aren’t able to commit to the rigor of a full Club or Open season, or athletes who weren’t selected for a Club or Open team this year. With 2 weekly practices, 3 Single Day tournaments, and 3 local Multi-Day tournaments, the Regional program is sure to help athletes advance their game and make big strides ahead of their school seasons.
Coaches will emphasize building fundamental skills, teaching through competitive 6v6 gameplay, and having FUN through training and competition.
Athletes who want to play on our Regional teams will attend the Girls Club Team Tryouts for their age group and specify in the form fields that their intention is to play on a Regional team. All athletes who attend tryouts will have an opportunity to be evaluated and placed on any team in their age group.
Regional U14-U17 $2700 (2x weekly practices - one weekend and one weekday)
**There is no additional travel or uniform fee. However, please note that athlete transportation is not included in the tuition. Athletes will be responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs for multi-day events

AAU Champions League: January 28 OR 29, March 11 OR 12, March 25 OR 26
Volleyfest (Springfield, MA / Providence, RI): February 18-20
AAU Spring Kickoff Super Regional (Fitchburg, MA): April 1-2
AAU Champions League Final (Mohegan Sun): April 29-30

Payment Plans & Cancellation Policy
General Payment Information
We handle most payments through our registration site, which is powered by LeagueApps. When you register for a Northeast Volleyball Club program online, you will be prompted to create an account, which will allow you to register and pay for all NEVBC programs. We accept all major credit cards on our online registration system, and we also accept checks (payable to Northeast Volleyball Club) and cash payments. For any billing questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment Plans (All Teams)
Pay in four (4) monthly installments of 20% each - See installment due dates below:
Pay 100% in Full
20% off the second sibling club tuition (the lesser of the two tuitions)
Practice Player Rate
40% off club tuition (includes all weekday team training, all team workouts, and warm-up gear / does not include game jerseys or tournament play)
COVID-19 Season Cancellation Policy
If the season is cancelled AND is not able to be made up, tuition will be prorated to that date, less the uniform costs ($200-300, depending on the program) and any non-refundable costs. If the season continues with restrictions that do not affect our ability to train, this will not apply.
U12 Club & Regional Teams
Drop the program before Feb 1st, 50% of all tuition is owed. Anything paid above that will be refunded.
Drop the program between Feb 1st and Mar 1st, 75% of all tuition is owed. Anything paid above that will be refunded.
Drop the program after Mar 1st, no refunds will be given.
U13-U18 Club & Open Teams
Our Club and Open Teams have a considerable fixed budget once the roster spots are accepted. We've designed our refund policy to be fair to both the family and the club. If an athlete drops the program for non-medical reasons after accepting a team spot, there will be no refunds and the full season balance will be due unless the directors agree on an alternate arrangement. If an athlete drops due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, the following will apply:
Drop before Feb 15th due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, 50% of the club tuition and travel fee is owed.
Drop between Feb 15th and Mar 15th due to a medical reason verified by a doctor's note, 75% of the club tuition and travel fee is owed.
Drop after Mar 15th, no refunds will be given.
