REGISTRATION DEADLINE

  • U18 athletes: Register here by August 10th (please note this is NEW as of 7/9)

TRYOUT DATES & TIMES

Each age group will have TWO tryout sessions during the week of November 1st, and we’ll have a “Last Call” tryout for any athletes who can’t attend the first two sessions.

U16 Girls Tryouts:

  • Monday, August 12th, 6:30pm-9pm

  • Wednesday August 14th, 6:30pm-9pm

U17 Girls Tryouts:

  • Tuesday August 13th, 6:30pm-9pm

  • Thursday August 15th, 6:30pm-9pm

U18 Girls Tryouts:

  • Tuesday August 13th, 3pm-5pm

  • Thursday August 15th, 3pm-5pm

 

LAST CALL Tryouts (U16-U18):

  • Sunday August 18th, 10am-12:30pm

  • Athletes should only attend this if you cannot attend your age group tryout sessions

Girls U12-U15 Tryouts: November 2024

TRYOUT DATES & TIMES

Each age group will have TWO tryout sessions during the week of November 1st, and we’ll have a “Last Call” tryout for any athletes who can’t attend EITHER of their two tryout sessions.

  • Friday, November 1st, 4pm-5:30pm

  • Saturday, November 2nd, 9am-10:30am

  • Friday, November 1st, 6pm-8pm

  • Saturday, November 2nd, 11am-1pm

U15 Wave 1 Girls Tryouts:

  • Saturday, November 2nd, 2pm-4:15pm

  • Monday, November 4th, 4pm-6:15pm
     

U15 Wave 2 Girls Tryouts:

  • Saturday, November 2nd, 5pm-7:15pm

  • Monday, November 4th, 6:45pm-9pm
     

LAST CALL Tryouts (U12-U15):

  • Tuesday, November 5th, 4pm-5:30pm

If your athlete is young for their grade, please sign them up with their grade level (U14 = 7th & 8th, U15 = 9th, U16 = 10th, etc).

Tryout Costs and Late Registration

TRYOUT COSTS + LATE REGISTRATION

Tryout Fee

Due to the rising upfront costs for club teams (uniform deposits, tournament fees, etc.), we will be collecting a club team deposit at the time of tryout registration. This will be returned via the original payment method (credit card, ACH, or check) if an athlete is not selected for a team or does not accept their spot. If you are applying for financial aid, we can waive your deposit. Please contact Angela at admin@northeastvbc.com if needed.​​​

Boys U14-U18 Tryout Fee:
$75 Non-Refundable Fee
+ $225 Refundable Deposit
= $300 Total Due at Registration
Girls U16-U18 Tryout Fee:
  • $90 Non-Refundable Fee due at tryouts
  • Team deposit will be collected after team formation in August
Girls U12 Tryout Fee:
$70 Non-Refundable Fee
+ $300 Refundable Deposit
= $370 Total Due at Registration
Girls U13-U15 Tryout Fee:
$90 Non-Refundable Fee
+ $300 Refundable Deposit
= $390 Total Due at Registration

Tryout Registration Deadline

Registration will close THREE (3) days before tryouts for each age group begin.

Video Submission Option

VIDEO SUBMISSION OPTION

If you have to miss tryouts for any reason (including CIAC rules), we are also accepting video submissions as an evaluation tool. Here's what we are looking for:

 

Please note that you will still have to register and pay for tryouts on League Apps, but just make a note that you'll be sending video instead of attending in person.

For Girls Club teams: Please email your submission to shawn@northeastvbc.com, garrett@northeastvbc.com, and admin@northeastvbc.com at least 48 hours before tryouts start for your age group to ensure time for a thorough video assessment.

For Boys Club teams: Please email your submission to jon@northeastvbc.com and admin@northeastvbc.com at least 48 hours before tryouts start for your age group to ensure time for a thorough video assessment.

Financial Aid

FINANCIAL AID

We are happy to offer financial aid to athletes who meet the requirements through the Nectar Volley Fund. Click here for more information on how to apply for financial aid.
