Summer camps 2026

Summer 2026 camps & clinics

Join us at NEVBC this summer for the very best in volleyball training! From All Skills programs to Position Training, we have something for all athletes.

This summer, we designed our camps and classes with all ages, levels of play, and experience in mind. With classes ranging from a focus on general volleyball skills and fundamental development to advanced Positional training and high-level Masterclasses, NEVBC is offering classes for players at all stages of their volleyball career. We're also again offering our popular High School Team Preseason camps for school teams looking to get prepped for the fall season!

Important Information

Due to the high demand for our summer classes, we have updated our refund policy to minimize no-shows. Please review the details below:

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at admin@northeastvbc.com.

  • Refund Deadline: No refunds will be issued within five days of the camp start date. For example, to receive a refund for a class starting on Monday, you must notify us of your cancellation by the preceding Wednesday.
  • Refund Exceptions: Refunds may be granted in cases of illness or other medical/family emergencies.
  • Session Structure: To accommodate weekend travel plans, most classes have been adjusted to three- or four-day sessions (Monday–Thursday or Monday–Wednesday).
  • Prorated Fees: We will no longer offer prorated refunds or make up classes for planned absences.

The Nectar Volley Fund is committed to making competitive volleyball accessible to all youth athletes, regardless of financial circumstances. Financial aid for classes and camps is available year-round, provided the application is submitted at least 10 days before the program start date.

June camps: Applications must be submitted by May 20
July camps: Applications must be submitted by June 20
August camps: Applications must be submitted by July 20

Do I need to pre-register for programs?

YES! Online registration is required. We will not be accepting any walk-up athletes, and we anticipate that many classes will fill up. This includes Thursday and Friday night Open Gym.

The class I want to sign up for is full. What should I do?

If a class is full, please sign up for the waitlist! We anticipate that some classes will fill up fast. If we receive enough demand for a particular class, we will try to open up an additional session or court to accommodate waitlisted athletes!

How do I know which class is right for me?

Our Summer class levels are organized by “Beginner/Novice,” “Intermediate,” “Advanced Intermediate + Above,” and “Advanced.” Please read each class description for more information. You are able to sort and filter our classes and programs by level on our Programs page. All ages/grades are based on the UPCOMING 2026-2027 school year.

Do I need to be a NEVBC club player to sign up for classes?

Not at all! Classes are open to all athletes, regardless of club affiliation. For our Advanced classes such as Advanced Workshops, Masterclasses, and Elite Positional Training, we will ask for film or a roster verification from a high level club team for new athletes.

What is the level of your All Skills classes?

For our High School and Middle School All-Skills classes, the level is mixed among the courts, ranging from novice athletes to intermediate/advanced athletes who have played for their school or have club team experience. All athletes will receive training in the key skills needed for success in our sport, as well as competitive game play.

What is the level of your Advanced classes?

For Advanced Workshops, Masterclasses, and Elite Positional Training, athletes must have at least 2–3 years of club volleyball experience at the Club (U16+) or Open (U14+) level, demonstrating excellent ball control with consistent, precise contacts in passing, setting, serving, and attacking. Athletes should be able to serve and attack to specific zones with control and speed, pass in system, and have a strong understanding of rotations (5-1 / 6-2), team defense systems, and out-of-system responsibilities. While typically focused on a primary position, they must understand all positions and be capable of initiating drills, maintaining control, and sustaining a fast-paced, competitive pace of play.

Will you be adding more classes?

We will be adding more sessions and one-day classes as we get closer to the summer, and we often add last-minute one-off training sessions throughout the summer. Be sure to subscribe to our emails and check our Instagram and stories for updates on new classes!

What should I wear/bring?

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers suitable for playing volleyball. Bring a water bottle (we have a water fountain to refill!) or something hydrating to drink. It is encouraged, but not required, to bring kneepads and/or arm sleeves/elbow pads.
